The claim is not that backtesting itself is new. The new category is an end-to-end lifecycle that traces source meaning from TradingView, Pine or documents into constrained execution rules, blocks conditions that cannot be interpreted, attributes venue-specific PAPER and confirmed-fill evidence to the exact strategy version, and lets each recipient revalidate it in their own environment. This is not a market that promises automatic AI profits; it turns strategy knowledge into an asset that can be examined and revalidated. Anyone can create a strategy without live investment capital, run venue-specific PAPER validation and begin free E0/E1 publishing. Recipients test the same version in their own environment. Paid licenses and creator settlement will open only after payment, licensing and settlement ledgers are verified.

The current scope centers on asset class, spot/futures, supported venue and market regime. Instrument- or venue-specific packages will open only after their allowed scope is fixed in the package and out-of-scope execution is blocked. Core creation and PAPER principles are the same for free and paid access; available venues still depend on membership rights and supported adapters.

A submission enters E0 after the member declares distribution rights and the package, IR hash and execution structure pass checks. Creator-device PAPER/LIVE aggregates may appear at E1, but they are not server-verified performance or ranking points. Only OOS, PAPER or LIVE evidence confirmed by server signature, account linkage or venue reconciliation can progress to E2–E5. Self-reported win rate and return never contribute to the validation score.

AI mentor interviews, source analysis, rule editing and PAPER testing happen in Strategy Studio inside the NoahAI client. This hub handles discovery, evidence levels, downloads and reports for strategies explicitly published by members. It never collects private strategies automatically.
