1. This portal provides account authentication and license-key registration for the NoahAI client.
2. NoahAI does not guarantee investment returns and does not provide investment advice.
3. Orders, fills and fund transfers are performed through the user's account and the external exchange or broker API.
4. Use only accounts and credentials held in your own name. Account sharing, rental and resale are prohibited.
5. A license key is normally limited to one person and one account; policy violations may restrict access.
6. Reverse engineering, unauthorized copying and abnormal traffic that harms service stability are prohibited.
7. Features may change for operational, security or external-API reasons; material changes are announced through official channels.
8. System and external-API failures may occur. Liability is limited as permitted by Korean law unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
9. Withdrawal may be limited after use of a digital license begins, within the scope permitted by law. Statutory cancellation or refund rights still apply.
10. We process the minimum account, email, connection and error-log data needed for authentication, security and support.
11. Data is used only for operation, security and support and is not sold to third parties without consent or a legal basis.
12. Anonymized usage, error and performance data may be collected for service quality and incident response only with the separate consent below.
13. Expired personal data and logs are deleted or de-identified under applicable law and internal policy.
14. Korean law governs disputes, and jurisdiction follows applicable law.
